What is Group Coaching?
Group coaching is an affordable alternative to individual coaching. I limit group size to six participants to maximize efficacy and participation in each session. Because there are more people involved, I’ve created a structured group coaching program to ensure group members get the most out of their sessions. As a result, each session is centered around a specific self-care topic. In addition, session length is extended to 75 minutes to allow more time for group discussions and individual reflections.
Benefits of Group Coaching
I offer group coaching for those who find individual coaching financially out of reach and those who value the positive influence of group dynamics on personal change.
While members do not receive the same degree of individualized attention as they would in individual coaching, group coaching can offer a dynamic environment in which group members support and encourage each other through change. And since everyone in the group is on the their own self-care journey, everyone is benefited from have others to who are experiencing similar challenges and successes. This shared experience can lead to tremendous insights and learning opportunities from each other.
